A delegation from the French Healthcare Alliance China, led by Philippe Obry, Vice President, and Eric Bouteiller, representing the Events Group, had the privilege of visiting Renji Hospital, affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

The visit provided valuable insights into the hospital’s ambitious five-year transformation journey. Digital technologies and artificial intelligence are now widely integrated across hospital operations, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, clinical practices, and the overall patient journey.
Among the hospital’s 7 million patient visits, more than one million patients are already using online services — a striking illustration of the scale and maturity of its digital transformation.
