The 4^th China Health Insurance Forum 2019, which is hosted by Shine Consultant and endorsed by the International Insurance Society(IIS), the French Healthcare Alliance(FHA) and the China Insurance Innovation Research Institute, will be held on January 9-10, 2019 in Shanghai. In recent years, the State Council has issued a series of new policies on supporting the development of commercial health insurance, such as "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Commercial Health Insurance", "Health China 2030" and the 13^th Five-year Deepening the Reform Planning of Medical and Health System. In 2018, the government also pointed out that it is necessary to pay more attention to the role of commercial insurance in the multi-level medical security system, and to expand the risk protection function of the insurance market.
