With a large number of nursing homes (more than 75) including special units dedicated to Alzheimer patients, COLISEE Group is one of the French leaders of the European Elderly Industry. Our company has more than 25 years’ experiences in promoting high-end healthcare solution & well-being for its residents.
The group operates mainly in France, where the majority of its nursing homes are located. However, to meet the worldwide challenge posed by an ageing population, COLISEE decided to export its expertise and experience in caring for the dependent elderly. Over the past few years, the group has therefore begun expanding abroad, especially into Spain, Italy and China.
In October 2014, Colisée signed a partnership agreement with China Merchants Group, one of China’s 10 largest and oldest state-owned enterprises. This led to the creation of a joint venture, Guangzhou China Merchants – Colisée Senior Health Care Services Co Ltd, with the real-estate subsidiary of China Merchants Group, listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange. The 2 parties will cooperate together and build at least 1000 nursing homes beds in the next 5 years in China. Our main activities:
- Operating medical nursing homes for the dependent elderly and rehabilitation clinics,
- Delivering High experiences in planning, designing and delivering facilities fully adapted to all the elderlies,
- Providing nursing training programs specialized in elderly care.
The first medical nursing home project with 132 beds will open in the beginning of 2017 in Guangzhou, Guangdong province.
