Since its inception in 2013, the French Healthcare Alliance in China has been dedicated to forging the finest healthcare solutions for Chinese society and nurturing robust collaborations in this field between France and China. Our core objectives revolve around championing French healthcare excellence through the introduction of pioneering companies, facilitating expert discussions, and fostering collaborative synergies. The French Healthcare Alliance brings together over 50 active members and develops a network of 150 companies and institutions spanning a multitude of sectors, including chronic diseases, infectious diseases, rare diseases, aging industries, digital health, and medical devices. Our members have established an impressive track record and are actively crafting innovative solutions tailor-made for China’s unique healthcare landscape. With the unwavering support of the French Embassy and Business France, our Alliance is steadfast in its mission to strengthen relations and deepen understanding among French and Chinese stakeholders. To this end, we annually organize pivotal events, including the French Medical Days, French Pavilions at professional fairs, webinars, and delegations. These initiatives contribute significantly to our overarching goal of delivering healthcare excellence and fostering enduring collaboration between France and China.
In this position paper, while, we have attempted to capture & summarize all major key elements and trends of the Chinese healthcare industry, this should not be taken as exhaustive and there may be additional key points that have not been included. In each article, we emphasized the key data, trends, and messages from our perspective in order to share the understanding of our members’ vision and our commitment to contribute to the Chinese society. We hope that this document will give you some insights and encourage you to meet and engage with us. Last but not least, we would like to offer our sincere thanks to all the contributors of this position paper, our members for their permanent commitment, the French Embassy in China for their strong support and all our partners.
