50 executives of the French Healthcare community in China met at the invitation of the French Healthcare Alliance in China (Club Santé). The topic was “meet the Doctor in the Digital Era”, a very hot topic during the Covid-19 epidemic and its aftermath.
On one side, patients are still hesitating to go back to hospitals and, on the other side, Doctors and professionals find difficult to meet face-to-face… The epidemic has accelerated the switch to digital connectivity. The event was opened by a presentation of Tencent, which presented a wide-ranging strategy that makes Q Health (its new name in Healthcare field) the biggest e-hospital integrated platform in China. It goes far beyond tele-consultation and also includes home delivery of pharma and medtech products and allocation of resources for their own healthcare infrastructure in brick & mortar.
It was followed by two presentations on how practically it works at the ground level with the professional community. Euris, a global solution provider for healthcare data storage and management who is helping the industry to transform its approaches and processes. Ipsen, the well-known mid-sized pharma, who has switched all promotional and medical activity online in two months.
