We offer a mobile-based data driven SaaS platform allowing insurance to bring a fully digitized journey to their members. We provide a voice-based AI tool for symptom checking: insurance members can receive an evaluation of their symptoms and suggested course of action (self-care, doctor consultation, etc.) prior to seeking offline care. They can find suitable medical providers on the app based on the type of care, their insurance plan coverage, their location, the reviews made by peer users, etc. and book appointments directly online. After the consultation, claim submission is enabled by e-claim and auto-claim features, improving the reimbursement process, and medication can be bought on our online pharmacy. Finally, users benefit from our health management program tracking their physical activity and rewarding physically active users.
