Lyonbiopole is a world class health cluster based in France, in the Rhône-Alpes Region.
The cluster gathers more than 140 members: 4 world-class indutrial leaders – 19 research center and more 115 SMBs. It is built on the distinctive know-how of the Rhône-Alpes region, an alliance between industrial biology, structural biology and micro & nano-technologies based on a major R&D network of 9 000 researchers, in public and private labs.
Lyonbiopole aims to support the emergence and development of innovative technologies, products and services for a more personalized medicine.
Since its creation in 2005, more than 145 projects have been supported for a total investment of 710 M€, leading to the publication of 446 papers, 122 patents, the creation of 400+ jobs and 14 start-ups.
